Camp > Reception
The friendly reception staff will help you with your check-in and provide all necessary information regarding your stay at the camp. You will receive a brochure containing a camp map, camp rules, information about the bar & restaurant offer, animation plan for the “big ones and little ones”, camp competition schedule, etc. All other information about the bus and ferry schedule, excursions and the like is available at our reception’s INFO Point.
All camp services are payable by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and Maestro) and we also accept their cheques and Gold Card as a Camping Cheque Partner between 8 January and 15 June and between 1 September and 31 December.
You can exchange foreign currencies at the currency exchange office within the reception from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are at your disposal for any questions or suggestions.
