The Šimuni Camping Village is an excellent windsurfing destination. The constant presence of winds, the direction of the winds (the bora, the sirocco, the mistral or the tramontane) and the pleasant temperature make ideal conditions for 10 various surfing sports. Each year in September we organize an international surfing competition called the Windsurfing Regatta, organized by the Zagreb windsurfing association.
