On the island of Pag, there are two Emergency Medical Service clinics, located in the towns of Novalja and Pag.
In larger towns, some pharmacies are open 24 hours.
All foreign nationals staying in Croatia have the right to EMERGENCY CARE. Foreign guests do not pay for medical services if there is a signed convention on healthcare between Croatia and the guest’s home country.
Croatia is classified as a low-risk country for serious infectious diseases, so even guests who are regularly vaccinated in their home countries do not need additional vaccinations before coming to Croatia.
